Sopra Banking Software is a world leader in banking software. The company was born in 2012 as the merger of Sopra Group’s banking software unit, Callataÿ & Wouters and Delta Informatique. Sopra Banking Software’s comprehensive product range, offers an end-to-end coverage of bank operations and aims to help financial institutions become faster, leaner and more efficient.
The company has three complementary businesses:
ð the development and sale of our banking software packages;
ð conducting projects for the implementation of our designed solutions;
ð the support and on-site servicing.
We also have a large Research & Development department, whose mission is to prepare the company’s solutions of the future.
Sopra Banking Software provides a consistent, comprehensive offering across markets and regions – the Sopra Banking Suite. Our solutions are designed for retail banks, direct banks as well as private banks. We can provide complete end-to-end as well as specific coverage. The Suite can be implemented directly as a fully integrated core banking system, or an ‘à la carte’ basis that only installs modules as needed.
Sopra Banking Software’s greatest strength is its team of consultants, who are renowned for their proficiency in the IT and banking domains. Our employees form a closely-knit, dynamic team, mainly composed of Masters in Engineering, IT and Sciences.
Our expectations during the recruitment procedure are high. We choose our candidates for their intellectual rigour, their ability to discern both the essentials and the details, and their desire for perfection. Of course, the motivation to evolve in the IT banking industry is important. Similarly, our selection criteria include a fluency in English. Other languages are an asset.
